The following responses were collected from consulted stakeholders;
- Current law allows companies to decide which areas to assess, ensuring flexibility and autonomy.
- The framework permits analysis of energy-consuming electric motors.
- Stricter requirements would increase audit costs and impose additional burdens.
- Including recommendations and examples in audit guidance is a feasible alternative.
