EUSEW 2024 in Brussels & Online
The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) is the biggest event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe and is organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Energy and the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA).
In 2024, EUSEW will take place in a hybrid format, online and onsite in Brussels, on 11-13 June.
The theme of the event is ‘Net-zero energy solutions for a competitive Europe’.
The European Sustainable Energy Week consists of a 3-day Policy Conference, the European Sustainable Energy Awards Ceremony, the Energy Fair and the fifth edition of the European Youth Energy Day.
Participants will also have access to independently organised Sustainable Energy Days, taking place in online and physical formats worldwide, from March to June 2024.

Join the Summer Study - Europe's most important energy efficiency event
The eceee Summer Study is set for 10–15 June 2024, an hour from Paris at Center Parcs Lac d'Ailette.
Nine panels for the 2024 edition
Those who have been to a Summer Study before will recognise the panels. There will be a number of cross-sectoral panels on understanding consumption and behaviour, policy and monitoring & evaluation as well as a number of panels with a more sector-based focus: Panels on cities and local communities, transportation and mobility, buildings, products and industrial decarbonisation.

Energy transition now – fast, smart, resilient!
No time like now for the energy transition! Price fluctuations, geopolitical instabilities and the climate crisis make the importance of the energy transition evident. A strong push in all sectors is critical in delivering energy security and sustainability. The 2024 World Sustainable Energy Days will show how to realise the high policy ambitions of the upcoming EU legislation and how to strengthen the clean energy markets. The World Sustainable Energy Days (WSED) are a leading annual conference on the energy transition and climate neutrality with over 650 participants from more than 60 countries.

IEA energy efficiency webinar
The IEA Energy Efficiency 2023 Report examines the global energy efficiency landscape and identifies key opportunities and challenges for governments. This year’s report highlights the need to double global progress on energy efficiency this decade to get on track for net zero by 2050. The report also explores the role of energy efficiency in inclusive transitions, digitalization, and innovation. IEA published its report on November 29th, at the start of COP28.
This webinar is a special briefing event for the Energy Efficiency Academy members only.
The webinar will feature lead author Lucas Boehlé and principal author Clara Camarasa, who will share the main findings and recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the speakers. The webinar will be moderated by Diedert Debusscher, Project Manager Clean Energy Transition at the European Copper Institute.

EURegionsWeek 2023
What? When? Where?
The European Week of Regions and Cities is the biggest annual event dedicated to regions, cities, and cohesion policy. It is co-organised by the European Commission (DG REGIO) and the European Committee of the Regions (CoR).
The 2023 edition takes place on 9-12 October. For the 21st edition, the event is back will be going back to in-person mode and brings people from all across Europe to meet in Brussels.
The 21st edition focuses on six topics:
- Regions in post-industrial transition
- Retaining talent for regional growth
- Small and mid-size urban centres driving growth
- Breaking barriers to cross-border cooperation
- Local energy shift for security and sustainability
- Promoting social innovation
How to apply to become an event partner?
EURegionsWeek offers various opportunities to actively contribute to the event and the agenda. Call for event partners and session proposals is open until 11 April 2023.
You can propose different types of activities:
- Participatory/political lab (90 minutes with up to four speakers and a moderator)
- Workshop (60 minutes with up to three speakers and a moderator)
- EU Regions Talks (15 minute pitches by a single speaker)
- Exhibition stands (exhibition stand for four days, 9-12 October)
- Regional tasting (90 minutes to present the gastronomy of European regions)

For projects, the European Week of Regions and Cities is an excellent opportunity to highlight your project results, promote your good practices, or share inspiration and experiences with peers from other regions. It is also a great chance to explore synergies with other projects working on similar matters. You can also think about organising a joint activity with other projects. World Magnetic Conference is an integral part of Coiltech trade show in Pordenone/ Italy
The World Magnetic Conference is an integral part of Coiltech.
The organisers see the conference as an excellent opportunity for information exchange between academic and industry research and an important reason to visit the fair. Since 2010, more than 130 companies and universities have delivered at least one presentation at the conference.
A Steering Committee chaired by Prof. Marco Villani of the University of L'Aquila approves the candidacies of the presentation proposals. Villani is the author and co-author of publications in conference proceedings and renowned technical and scientific journals.
The organiser does not charge any fees for participation at the conference.
